Job Details

We are seeking a lateral litigation litigation associate to join our team, focusing on commercial litigation with a preference for experience in bankruptcy or foreclosure, construction, mechanics liens.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, and partnership issues
• Work on cases involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, mechanics liens, and construction-related claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions; participate in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop and execute litigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure
