Essential Job Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned :
Assist manager in supervising a team of 3-10 employees. Assist in supervisory responsibilities training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Comply with Federal and California Labor law in all phases of the payroll and employment process; from hiring through termination, as well as all Company policies & procedures.
- Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform all duties of a Parking Attendant, including : set up cones, signs and barricades in parking areas as needed, direct drivers to parking spots, assist with traffic control on busy days.
- Process credit card transactions, must balance at end of shift, responsible for safe and accurate cash handling.

Education and Experience :
Required :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year supervisory experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Able to drive all transmission and car types.

Working Conditions :
Indoor / Outdoor : While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to outside winter weather conditions, including extreme cold and blizzard like conditions.
