RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a fully integrated, institutional-level CRE investment firm, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their rapidly growing Dallas team.
Our client has a 23-year-long track record of success and they specialize in strategic, high-quality industrial assets across the US.
Their Texas portfolio is growing and they need a driven, detail-focused PM to get started ASAP. They are renovating a brand new office near downtown Dallas with beautiful, 360-degree panoramic views.
Their Dallas team is fully remote for the next 2-3 months, and they will start a hybrid work schedule once the office is finished!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets for the scope of work.
- Prepare and issue contracts for design, construction, and service vendors.
- Ensure projects are closed out in a timely manner and under budget.
- Procure contractor pricing and review contractor bid packages.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- A completed 4-year degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of CRE experience in a project / construction management capacity.
- PMP / General Contracting License HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Base Salary : $100,000 - 110,000K / yr
