Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience or equivalent as determined by the installation supervisor, CI manager and management, and / or completed the training process and demonstrated to the management team, upon request, proficiency in the installation testing and turn-up of DC power systems, inverter, Batteries, the installation of Iron work, equipment cabinets, BDCBBs, BDFBs and related hardware.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
a. Hold current training certificates from each manufacture of equipment that is being installed
b. Maintain a yearly update of the manufacture’s training or as required by the manufacture
c. Hold a certificated of completion from a training facility providing a appropriated curriculum.
2. Be capable of performing the same work operations / job activities as a Skill Level
3 installers without supervision or direction.
3. Be capable of performing as the Installation supervisor in-charge person.
4. Be capable of performing additions, removals, and modifications on working equipment and circuits. All Level
4 work operations / job activities may include : a. Circuit modifications b. Software additions, upgrades or updates c. Power transition work d.
Addition or removal of batteries e. Hot Cuts and Hot Slides f. Equipment Testing and turn-ups
5. A Skill Level 4 installer shall be the only level that may perform additions, removal, and modifications on working equipment and circuits.
6. A Skill Level 4 Installer shall be the only person who performs the work operations / job activities with the Critical Work Activities detailed in the MOP.
However, a Skill Level 2 or 3 installer may assist as required.
7. The Skill Level 4 installer will complete weekly reports on the progress of the project and annual reviews of their team members including recommendations for advancement.
8. A Skill Level 4 installer must be capable of providing training to the installation crew on the proper use of tools, proper installation methods, safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

Work Environment
Travel all over the state of Florida and other states in the SE.. They will be traveling usually for 2 weeks at time, it would be a regular morning shift and you would work 40 hours weekly.
Any overtime would be time and a half. they are open to 4, 10 hour shifts or 5, 8 hours shifts.
