Licensed Architect Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required.
- 5-15 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
- Registered as a Licensed Architect preferred (or in the process of obtaining).
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience in Industrial Projects.
- Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
- Knowledge of building technology fundamentals.
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for start-to-finish project management.
- Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of interior design concepts.
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for projects, including drawings, models, and materials.
- Use software to design, sketch, and provide project drawings.
- Professional client development skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
