Job Purpose and Summary : This position will drive operational efficiency in support of the Head of Operations North America.
The incumbent will interact with all levels of the organization to drive results related to financial and operational KPIs.
This role will require approximately 50% travel between US and Mexico.
Job Requirements :

- Assist in goal setting and translate established goals into specific actions and process improvement tasks.
- Manage communication and resources to stakeholders including Plant staff, regional leaders and experts, and global experts.
- Create and utilize dashboards and visualizations to monitor progress and drive improvements.
- Supervise regional operations experts.
- Use Lean / Engineering / Project Management methodologies to drive Operational Excellence.
- Create and execute culture activities by leading change management.
- Support preparation of budget and analyze budget trends and activity; mitigate variances.
- Coordinate project activities related to mergers and acquisitions, such as due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize strategic objectives.
- Support efforts related to internal and external audits and regulatory requirements including ISO, OSHA, Quality, M&A.
- Implement Operations projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate regional meetings and communications.
- Represent North America at internal and external events including conferences, meetings, workshops.
- Influence teams to develop synergies, collaborate and share learnings, and implement best practices.
