As an Entry-Level Client Service Associate , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering top-tier customer service.
You will work closely with the client service team to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Assist clients with product or service information, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our services.
- Support the client service team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Continuously build knowledge of our services and provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and service improvements.
