We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager. We specialize in creating exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term relationships through innovative solutions in the event marketing industry.
As an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating collaborations between our firm and its clients.
This position provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities : Support senior client relations managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and projects align with expectations.
Aid in the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports based on campaign performance. Help maintain campaign alignment with established timelines, budgets, and scopes.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
