We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a positive impact on the community through event marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will help foster strong relationships with community members, clients, and event attendees, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and event partners.
- Represent client brands at events and ensure consistent, positive messaging.
- Act as a liaison between the community and the client, gathering feedback and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating event logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and report on the success of community engagement initiatives.
- Provide support to event staff, vendors, and attendees to ensure a seamless event experience.
