As an EntryLevel Client Service Associate you will bethe first point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs aremet and delivering toptier customer service.
You will work closelywith the client service team to manage client interactions resolveissues and build strong clientrelationships.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Serveas the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiriesand providing timely support.
- Assistclients with product or service information ensuring they have aseamless experience.
- Collaboratewith internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure clientsatisfaction.
- Maintain accuraterecords of client interactions and follow up on outstandingissues.
- Assist with onboarding newclients ensuring they have a smooth transition into ourservices.
- Support the client serviceteam with administrative tasks andreporting.
- Continuously buildknowledge of our services and provide clients with uptodateinformation.
- Provide feedback tomanagement regarding client needs and serviceimprovements.
