Job Description Summary
Consult with Project Teams to review and analyze entitlement positions regarding schedule delays, productivity impacts, and subcontractor claim positions. Develop schedules and review schedule baselines and updates.
Compensation Range
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 Annual Salary
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Perform all Construction Scheduling / Claims Associate responsibilities.
- Oversee and mentor Construction Scheduling / Claims Analysts and Scheduling / Cost Associates.
- Research, organize, and assemble project documentation related to claim entitlement issues and damage recovery.
- Conduct forensic cost and schedule analysis for claim presentations.
- Evaluate contractual entitlement and cost recovery options with project teams.
- Recommend measures to protect claims rights.
- Develop plans to mitigate liabilities and claims avoidance strategies.
- Perform detailed schedule analyses using critical path methodology.
- Quantify damages from delays, disruptions, and acceleration.
- Prepare claims for mediation and settlement negotiations.
- Present claims analysis during mediation.
- Develop project-specific recovery / acceleration schedules.
- Manage P6 EPPM system functions and training.
- Develop baseline schedules and support updates.
- Travel as required.
- Complete other assigned responsibilities.
Minimum Skills and Experience :
7+ years in construction claims analysis or project controls.5+ years in construction claim field.Experience in claims analysis and scheduling software, especially P6 EPPM.Knowledge of delay / disruption claims, critical path method, and damage calculation.Strong communication skills and ability to train others.Ability to travel locally and interstate.Additional Details :
