DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Works closely with our Senior Talent Coordinator to learn and grow
  • Collaborates with Technician hiring teams to source, assess, schedule, and select top talent for open positions.
  • Manages all pre-employment by coordinating offer letters, administering paperwork, background checks, and drug screens.
  • Manages all pre-onboarding steps once an offer is accepted.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Manages applicant data in applicant tracking systems.
  • Supports Senior Talent Coordinator in sourcing non-technician positions and attending job fairs as needed.
  • Supports Director of People and Transformation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Two-year degree in Human Resource or Business-related field required; 4-year degree preferred
  • 2 - 5 years experience successfully Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System
  • Proven skills in organizing and tracking prospects
  • Proficient in scheduling and calendaring in Outlook
  • Valid US Driver’s License and the ability to travel to company locations

WORK / LIFE

We have a really good work life balance! You will travel locally using your own vehicle, along with out-of-town travel for sales meetings, training opportunities and conferences.

Don’t worry, we are paying for your gas for your traveling. You will work safely when outside of the normal office setting, and adheres to the safety measures of client sites, including using personal protective equipment, if required.
