Position Summary :
The Director of Business Solutions is a leadership position that is responsible for managing the development of corporate training programs in response to client needs.
This position is primarily responsible for leading the Business Solutions team in achieving LERN benchmarks including gross revenue and net profit targets set by the CE branch.
This position has ultimate responsibility for proactively generating demand for corporate training, coordination of sales efforts, curriculum and program development, and administration and delivery of custom training programs to a wide variety of organizations.
This position manages critical relationships and corporate training solutions. The Director of Business Solutions is responsible for identifying partnerships with external stakeholders in a manner that brings mutual benefit to all parties.
This position requires a high level of competencies in Business Development, Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Marketing / Sales Promotion.
Required Qualifications :
- Master's degree; 5 years of experience managing business development projects / programs with a proven record of establishing and achieving financial targets.
- A minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience.
- Finance / budgeting experience.
- Ability to creatively problem solve and analyze challenges and opportunities.
- Openness to constant challenge and change required.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent oral, written, analytical and technical skills.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in a variety of computer applications.
