This role requires leading the delivery and execution of complex web-based projects, coordinating closely with marketing, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, impactful web content.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all outputs meet department standards while maintaining agility and compliance with deadlines.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Independently build and optimize web experiences using a Content Management System (CMS), incorporating custom code blocks in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, or JSON.
Execute A / B and multivariate tests during peak periods to maximize website effectiveness.Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and creative teams for the on-time delivery of marketing content.
Establish and nurture relationships with internal partners and engineering teams.Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring quality control and troubleshooting site issues as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Proficient in Front End Development, specifically with CMS, JavaScript, and HTML.Solid experience in setting up and conducting A / B tests.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
Industry Experience Required : Previous experience in web production / operations within a marketing or similar environment preferred.
Familiarity with UX, SEO, and other web conversion optimization factors beneficial.Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of study preferred.
