We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team!
Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences :
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
- Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Proactively interact with guests, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently, maintaining a "no wait" experience.
- Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
- Maintain effective communication with the Guest Experience Manager regarding ordering and inventory needs.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
