Global Payroll Analyst
Remote (SE United States)
The Global Payroll Analyst is a crucial team member, who will oversee payroll operations for multiple regions including the U.
S., Canada, APAC, EMEA, and the UK, ensuring compliance with local tax and government regulations. This role involves streamlining payroll and HR processes, analyzing and documenting procedures to ensure global consistency, and interacting with payroll providers as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of international payroll processes and tax laws, and proficiency in global payroll software systems, auditing, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll execution across various countries.
What you’ll get to do in this role :
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax, social security, and labor laws.
Analyze and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for 15+ individual payrolls using Microsoft 'NOTES', and ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to coordinate payroll processing, cash flow planning, and special payment schemes such as bonuses and severance.
Utilize and administer the ADP Reporting Tool to generate ad hoc and routine reports to support business decisions.
Assist in the preparation, evaluation and distribution of annual employee reports (W2, T4,T,RL-1 etc.)
Coordinate with external vendors for accurate payroll data exchange and process enhancements, and maintain updated knowledge of international payroll regulations.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data, provide audit support, and address payroll-related employee inquiries efficiently.
What we are looking for : Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Technical Abilities (Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics required)
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures in the U.S.
Experience and Strong Understanding of Auditing
Implementation experience required
Periodic nights and / or weekends as needed for payroll processing
Preferred Skills :
Experience using ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of international payroll accounting principles and practices; including international payroll processes, tax regulations and legal requirements in UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands is highly desirable
Experience with global payroll software systems (i.e. Oracle, Sage, Neeyamo, Papaya Global, etc)
Travel Required : 10%

Natus Pay Transparency Details The pay range for this position is 65-85K annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
