Pay Rate : $40-45 / hr
Overview :
The purpose of this role is we are currently changing the HCM system. Would be responsible for working with Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day to day activities.
- Support; troubleshoot, admin, config coordination, mass imports, reporting, & testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central & ADP GlobalView Payroll.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
- Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
- Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements to current systems
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives.
- Works under the direction of a project manager.
Experience :
- Targeting someone with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or ADP GlobalView Payroll is required
