HR/Accounting Generalist

Vaco is hiring an HR / Accounting Generalist for our client in the construction industry. This client is located near Butler, WI and is looking for someone to be onsite full-time.

Top things they will be handling :

1. Payroll 90 employees use Paycom

2. Compliance- helping with process and procedures

3. Working with the CFO and team on benefits (renewals, negotiation, administration)

4. Hiring job descriptions, postings, potential phone screens, coordinating interviews, onboarding.

5. General accounting- JE, AP & AR backup

6. Process improvement

Software : Paycom, Excel (proficient) NDS-ERP, Crystal Reports

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Must haves : Accounting knowledge, HR background, willingness to role up their sleeves and figure things out

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
