Experience in Financial Services, preferably investment banking.
Technical Skills :
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
PowerPoint for executive presentations.
Daily Tasks :
Review risk assessment artifacts.
Collaborate with team leaders.
Ensure accuracy and limit risk exposure.
Analyze data, develop solutions, and make decisions.
Collaborate with the team and lead less experienced staff.
Create executive-level reports for COO Leaders.
Qualifications :
5+ years in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
Understanding of RCSA program and compliance.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Intellectual curiosity and good interpersonal skills.
Organized and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of risk applications and internal controls.
