MIND & MOBILITY Home Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced individual to join our Fort Myers operations as our Personnel Specialist for our Home Care Agency.

Position Details :
- Location : 12381 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907 (In-person)
- Schedule : Part-time, 24 hours per week. (Flexible hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM)
- Salary : $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Create and publish job ads in various portals, including job boards, professional social networks.
- Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria
- Interview candidates over the phone, virtually and / or in-person
- Oversee all hiring stages from recruitment to onboarding
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Organize and maintain file systems in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Communicate and refer appropriate matters to direct supervisor for direction.
- Be able to communicate and build relationships with new prospective employees

Qualifications :
- A background in Recruiting or Human Resources, either through experience or education, is preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly preferred.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrates effective time management by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and balance responsibilities.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities and taking action without needing direction.
