MIND & MOBILITY Home Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced individual to join our Fort Myers operations as our Personnel Specialist for our Home Care Agency.

Position Details :

• Location : 12381 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907 (In-person)
• Schedule : Part-time, 24 hours per week. (Flexible hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM)
• Salary : $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Create and publish job ads in various portals, including job boards, professional social networks.
• Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria
• Interview candidates over the phone, virtually and / or in-person
• Oversee all hiring stages from recruitment to onboarding
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Organize and maintain file systems in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate and refer appropriate matters to direct supervisor for direction.
• Be able to communicate and build relationships with new prospective employees

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• A background in Recruiting or Human Resources, either through experience or education, is preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly preferred.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Demonstrates effective time management by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and balance responsibilities.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities and taking action without needing direction.
