Job Description
Responsible for the overall success of the hotel's breakfast service. Must assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area.
- Set up daily breakfast spreads.
- Ensure the breakfast items are well stocked throughout the service hours.
- Cleans the entire breakfast area, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the kitchen.
- Provide personalized service to all guests.
- Takes inventory of the food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
- Prepares food and beverages, arranging items for self-service.
- Stocks coffee and other beverage dispensers.
- Clear and cleans tables as they are vacated.
- Heat required foods to safe levels, taking temperatures as required by the health department.
- Removes trash.
- Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed.
- Washes serving equipment, returning it to the proper location.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required. Previous food service experience required.
- Must have the ability to anticipate the guests needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and through written communications.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work all shifts, and weekends / holidays as required.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and communicate with departmental staff in a professional and clear manner.
- Full knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and sanitation standards.
