Eduro Healthcare is looking for a Director, Special Projects to support the company’s Managing Director. This role would help with corporate affairs, personal matters, basic contract review, and general business activities.

Preferred Experience :
Paralegal experience is preferred. Experience actively managing and participating in general business decisions and leadership is a must.
This is a hybrid role encompassing many areas of business and personal assistance.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
To be considered for the position, candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, an ability to work independently on projects within expertise, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with a variety of different teams, attention to detail, an ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects, an ability to timely respond to the needs of our Managing Director, and a willingness to find creative solutions to unique problems.
They must be comfortable interacting with other executives from other businesses and vendors. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and be very comfortable with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidates must possess excellent judgment, responsiveness, and discretion in handling confidential issues. They must have the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Managing Director, represent his business interests in a variety of settings, review basic contracts, and alleviate other business demands on his behalf.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the executive of the company
- Keep detailed records of meetings
- Represent the executive when he is unable to attend meetings
- Maintain business entities licenses and records
- Coordinate and organize various business projects
- Assist with review of basic contracts
- Maintain files and databases of the executives businesses and investments
- Work with banks and / or title companies on financing and real estate transactions
- Assist in personal matters and solve a variety of problems that arise
The position is full-time and exempt. Salary and benefits are competitive. It will be based out of our office just southeast of Salt Lake City, Utah in the city of Millcreek.
This is a hybrid role with Mondays and Tuesdays being office days and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday work from home days.
However, this schedule can vary and there will be times in office hours are required more than the Monday / Tuesday schedule.
