A company is looking for a Sales Process and Systems Manager.Key Responsibilities : Manage a team of business analysts to collect and prioritize requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support e-commerce transformationsStudy and understand end-to-end QTC processes, work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, and drive roadmap development of QTC tooling enhancementsSupport the roll-out of new product and pricing offerings, define dependencies, and build cross-team execution plansRequired Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or quote-to-cash teams within a high-growth, enterprise software companyExperience with quote-to-cash processes and systems, business analysis, and leadership experienceStrong operational skills, data-centric and analytical mindset, and excellent business acumenExperience in rolling out significant programs within a sales or quote-to-cash organizationFlexible, adaptable, exceptional organization, and time management skills
