- Direct Workforce Management / Optimization and Operations Performance Management teams
- Enacting and enhancing next-generation reporting and tools within the CCC workforce
- Direct continuous improvement informed by thorough high-quality data analysis
- Make and implement strategic business decisions that contribute to and guide the vision and goals of the organization.
- Project management responsibilities over all CCC Projects
- Create, develop, execute, and manage short and long term CCC operations and performance strategy plans
- Ensure all CCC Operations are provided the necessary support, guidance, and direction of the Workforce Optimization and Operations Performance Teams
- Collaborate with the CCC Operations leaders to focus on consistent improvement in operational efficiencies / performance and labor cost management.
- Collaborate with the CCC Central Support to focus on consistent improvement in candidate recruitment / selection and training & development.
- Produce and present monthly operating reports, analysis, and recommendations
- Manage monthly P&L review, analysis, and recommendations
- Collaborate with VP CCC and VP Admissions on all aspects of Intake / Admissions Process and Performance.
- Directly involved in divisional budget planning process
- Create a model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
- Monitor the internal / external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
- Set priorities for planning activities for assigned unit.
- Serve as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between business units and their customers, both internal and external.
- Assess current operational business models and develop appropriate new models as needed.
- Approve personnel actions such as new hire requests and discharges, to ensure proper staffing
- Participate in policy development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five plus years management experience
- Three plus years in project and / or workforce management experience
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PowerPivot and Power Query a plus
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must possess the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
- Must be able to deliver all projects in a timely manner, within scope, and to budget
- Must be able to deliver all data collection, analysis, and reporting with absolute precision
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively across all division / department leaders
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to anticipate new / future strategy and performance needs to ensure ongoing innovation
- Extensive knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function
- Ability to direct staff and business functions in an engaging environment maintaining workforce production and development
- Advanced leadership skills to resolve critical issues and make strategic decisions to contribute to the organizational goals and objectives
- Effective operational and cost management skills
- Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or terminate employment
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology / Systems or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required
- Information Technology, Project Management, or Workforce Management certifications preferred.
