JOB PURPOSE
The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing the influencer strategy and program. The contractor will work closely with the social team to execute on specific influencer campaigns, ensuring influencers are properly vetted, influencer relationships are nurtured, and campaigns are executed to meet business objectives and KPI’s.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage Influencer Agency :
- Oversee the activities and performance of the influencer agency.
- Ensure alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Brief Influencers and Agency :
- Communicate key projects and deliverables to influencers and the agency.
- Ensure all parties understand campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Campaign Management :
- Handle all aspects of campaign management from project initiation to completion.
- Manage internal logistics and processes to ensure smooth execution.
Evergreen Influencer Program :
- Oversee the ongoing influencer program to maintain consistent brand engagement.
- Ensure long-term relationships with influencers are nurtured and developed.
Develop and Manage the Influencer Calendar :
- Maintain and manage the influencer calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
Assess Influencer partnerships :
- Use tools and data to vet influencers based on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and brand fit.
- Ensure influencers align with the brand, target audience and campaign goals.
Campaign Recaps and Reporting :
- Develop comprehensive campaign recaps and reports to evaluate performance.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Utilize social media tools and platforms to monitor and manage influencer activities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; or any equivalent combination of relevant education and / or work experience.
EXPERIENCE : 5+ years of influencer marketing experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns
Active social media user with robust working knowledge of all notable social platforms and a curiosity for understand emerging trends in the space
Familiarity with social media reporting and KPIs
Experience with influencer marketing strategy and analysis
Working knowledge of social media tools such as : Hootsuite, Social Studio, Stackla, Sprout Social, BrandWatch, Netbase, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Page Insights, Instagram Analytics and Twitter Analytics.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills with proven examples of successfully partnering with internal team members and external vendors to drive programs forward
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously in an environment with changing business demands.
