JOB PURPOSE
MSC Cruises USA is expanding its media and marketing team to include hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will manage digital marketing efforts and support the Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Agency Management, Creative Management & Trafficking, Affiliate Program Management, Reporting & Billing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Agency Management :
Manage relationships with external media agencies to ensure alignment with MSC Cruises' marketing strategies and objectives.
Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Project Management :
Collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders to align all agency workstreams with business needs.
Manage internal Media Team status document to ensure prioritization across workstreams.
Creative Management & Trafficking :
Oversee the development and trafficking of creative assets for digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
Coordinate the production and trafficking of digital creative assets, ensuring timely delivery to digital media partners.
Review all Paid Search & Affiliate copy to ensure compliance and alignment with MSC Cruises’ promotional strategy.
Affiliate Program Management :
Develop and oversee the affiliate marketing program, including affiliate agency management, recruitment, activation, and ongoing relationship management of affiliates.
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Digital Media Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports to communicate performance to stakeholders.
Evaluate agency optimization proposals and provide
Billing
Review all monthly invoices from Media Partners to ensure accuracy.
Process invoices related to digital marketing activities to ensure timely payment.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
- Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Paid Media & Web Analytics Platforms include Meta, Google Ads, DCM, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Bing, GA4, and Adobe Analytics.
- Proven understanding of the affiliate space and familiarity with all affiliate partner types (editorial, cashback, card-linked offers, strategic brand partners, etc.
and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (Rakuten Advertising preferred).
- Digital media planning or buying experience is a plus.
