Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

- HR Functions :
- New hire processing (drug testing, safety training, licensure tracking).
- Weekly payroll processing using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Certified payroll and compliance reporting.
- Support Project Managers :
- Assist with bid preparation and daily project reports.
- Manage documents and ensure project files are current.
- Bid Management :
- Review and communicate daily bid opportunities.
- Track bids through the opening process.
- Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop payroll.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with payroll data entry and compliance with certified payroll and state requirements.
- Experience in processing new hires, including drug testing, safety training, and licensure tracking.
- Ability to learn and use Construction Online software for bidding, project management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to recommend, develop, and implement improvements to current processes.
- Experience in managing daily bid opportunities and tracking them through to completion.
