SUMMARY

As an Administrative Assistant at Welltower, you will be accountable for providing diversified administrative support to the Head of Redevelopment.

This role is required to be in the office Monday thru Friday and occasional evening / weekend assistance may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments / interviews, and coordinate meetings for department members.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Assist with coordinating onboarding tasks for new employees within the dept.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as printing and scanning documents.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize departmental files and records.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Coordinate logistics for departmental events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
