Human Resources Generalist (Payroll Experience Required)
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage HR policies, employee benefits, and daily HR operations.
This role is crucial in supporting our workforce and bridging the gap between management and employees. Payroll experience and a minimum of 3-5 years in HR are required for this position.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer HR programs, including health benefits, performance management, and training.
- Oversee and implement policies, processes, and training to ensure compliance with HR regulations and support business strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis for HR projects, recommending policies that enhance department efficiency.
- Keep up with regulatory changes and HR trends to ensure compliance.
- Manage recruitment strategies, including job postings, job fairs, and employee onboarding.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll laws.
- Handle HR surveys, exit interviews, performance evaluations, and employee relations investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager and HR Director to develop and implement communication strategies that improve employee engagement.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with social media for job postings and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HR data management and analytics.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- HR degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- HR certification and proficiency in MS Office and HR software are preferred.
- Customer service skills, with marketing or sales experience as a plus.
