Pay : $20.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr
1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Monday - Thursday
Requirements : The requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints is essential, along with a strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, AC / DC motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic controls.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
Job Duties :
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as wiring, relays, switches, bearings, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment, lubricating parts, and testing machinery to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and recommend improvements.
