The Training Manager will be involved in the client's strategic planning of organizational best practices, processes, and procedures.
This individual will then collaborate with the client's workforce to implement the outlined ideals with the ultimate goal of increasing the organization's effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of training large organizations in best practices of principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and executing tactics.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale training efforts.
- Candidates with a background in training in large organizations, especially government organizations, will be strongly considered.
