Front Office Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Medical Office Admin on a contract to hire basis for a client in Tucson, AZ .
Our client is seeking an Office Admin to help provide smooth operation of their healthcare facility.
This position is 100% onsite!!
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and verifying their insurance information.
- Responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date, and managing patient confidentiality.
- Liaison with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and insurance providers, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Ensure that the office is compliant with all laws and regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
- Manage billing and insurance claims, ensuring that they are submitted accurately and in a timely manner, and following up on any issues or discrepancies.
- Evaluate charge information to ensure accuracy per payer requirements; makes corrections as needed
Min Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED is required.
- 2+ years of office admin experience
- Valid driver’s license and driving record
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience with EMR / Medical Record Systems / Electronic Health
- Associates Degree
- 2+ years of computer and office equipment experience
Compensation : $19-$20 / hr, DOE
