Emerge is partnered with a rapidly growing startup with a mission of making company payroll and benefits as simple as possible.

They offer both traditional and ICHRA options so clients can maximize benefit savings. The company’s goal is to use the next 10 years to create 5,000 fair-paying, flexible, and enriching jobs in Milwaukee and beyond.

We are seeking a Client Account Manager, this is a client-facing position where you maintain new and existing client relationships.

A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker who can manage internal and external projects simultaneously across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with your team to successfully move clients through implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to commute to the office daily
  • 3 years of experience in a professional setting
  • Previous experience in benefit consulting and implementation for both employers and employees
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain daily relationships and interactions with clients such as open item logs and issue resolution
  • Manage and execute project plans such as requirement documents, meeting notes, etc. to create a seamless implementation
  • Participate in sales presentations as needed
  • Monitor the benefit and technology administration processes
  • Ensure accuracy with all administrations and implementations to prevent future issues
