About the Role :
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of search and placement services for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire opportunities and talent.
This includes the development of talent and client networks within the financial services industry and professional verticals, as well as managing the placement process for clients and the candidate to successful conclusions.
Responsibilities :
- Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
- Analyzes hiring needs, figures out the best-recruiting methods, and crafts and deploys client-specific and / or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
- Builds a talent network of top professionals, passive and active, within a designated industry and professions.
- Conduct interviews and competency-based evaluations of talent.
- Assesses requirements to ensure proper match, cultural fit and overall compatibility.
- Handles and guides clients and talent through the interviewing and hiring process to a successful conclusion.
- Provides mentorship and facilitates the negotiation process.
- Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting methodologies.
- Develops client accounts and generate new business through leads, referrals and various forms of marketing.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting and placement activities in appropriate systems of record.
- Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional / trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience within the staffing industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience (preferably in a service industry or verticals of operations / production manufacturing, supply chain logistics, real estate construction or HR)
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with premier, mid-to-senior level candidates nice to have
- Shown sales attributes and able to develop new business
- Excellent problem solving, oral / written communication, interpersonal, social and motivational skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff and management also required
- Skilled in the art of networking
- Knowledge and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
