3PL Account Manager and Retail Support - Distribution center

- Our client is Glowforge, their goal is to become a world-class retail brand.
- Pilot is our distributor for all GFD printers and air filters for B2B and B2C customers (retailers and .com), providing customs brokerage, domestic and international logistics services.
- Pilot receives and processes field returns with limited value-adding activities, like re-boxing.
- It is our intention to expand the portfolio of products Pilot will manage.
Responsibilities :
- Support, monitor, and continuously improve ongoing business and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, i.e. retailer shipping guides, and create new labels and documents if required.
- Support the transfer of other business, like field return business for our Performance series, targeted to start in September.
- Support monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Support order fulfillment, possibly manage order fulfillment for assigned accounts.
- Support / manage domestic and international shipping.
- Oversee transfers of additional distribution activities into Pilot.
- Your work might also extend to B2C order fulfillment as needed :
- Manage the order fulfillment for assigned retailers and marketplace accounts, working closely with Sales, customers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements and shipping guides for packaging, labeling, and shipping.
- Actively work in Glowforge, retailer, and 3PL IT systems and portals.
- Support the onboarding of new retailers and marketplaces.
Location : Remote with occasional travel to El Paso, TX, located at our 3PL Pilot, part of Maersk.
Qualification :
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Material Management.
