Title : Human Resources Assistant II (intermediate)
Location : Greenwood Village, CO, 2-3 days onsite (HYBRID)
Pay : $23.37 / hour-W2 (Firm Rate)
Duration : 3-4 month contract only
Description :
Partners with members of the Human Resources (HR) team to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technology.
Performs a variety of HR administrative duties and project management tasks across the department. Collaborates with our HR Business Partners, HRIS team, and other HR functions to support delivery of HR upgrades and projects.
Responsible for working with internal and external partners to optimize technology, processes, tools, and programs related to employee engagement, process automation, compensation and HR analytics.
1. Acts as an HR liaison with HR functional leaders, IT and other stakeholders to provide support to HR production / test systems, required upgrades and system enhancements.
2. Facilitates end-to-end HR processes and ensures accuracy, including reviewing HRIS workflow transactions, system uploads, and quarterly HRIS data audits.
3. Manages HR system configuration, including positions, reporting relationships, and role assignments.
4. Produces and shares existing and new reports from all HR systems to identified stakeholders.
5. Coordinates testing and communication for HR system software releases.
6. Manages configuration and assignment of Dayforce performance cycles (annual, check-ins, 90-day reviews).
7. Updates, maintains, and publishes organizational charts.
8. Resolves tickets for HR system-related issues.
