Private Client Sales Executive
Job Summary
A leading insurance agency is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for a Private Client Sales Executive position.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and helping to grow and maintain a book of business. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial security of high-net-worth individuals while enjoying a supportive and thriving work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify, explore, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Private Client insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships, delivering expert service and guidance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance client support and knowledge.
- Generate and maintain a diverse portfolio of HNW insurance clients, managing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide expert consultation to clients, helping them choose the most suitable insurance policies for their unique requirements.
- Manage policy-related tasks, including renewals, claims, and addressing client needs to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all transactions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Continuously assess sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and applying data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and results.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Private / HNW Clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Possesses effective negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products; demonstrates the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Holds an active P&C Broker's License.
- Previous experience working with large accounts is required.
- Preferred Agency Management System Experience : AMS360
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience in HNW / Private Client insurance and account management.
- Previous experience as an Insurance Producer or in a similar insurance sales role.
- Knowledge of insurance agency operations as they pertain to sales.
- Proficiency in sales, with a track record demonstrating ability to sell.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and traveling for client meetings.
Compensation Package
