The Job

We are looking for an individual who has a successful track record performing purchasing, scheduling, tracking, supplier management, order management, and invoice reconciliation activities to support NPI.

You will be responsible for NPI purchasing which includes R&D materials & tooling, services, and other inquiries for R&D / Engineering teams for North America.

Job functions will include review BOM review, purchase requisitions, PO issuance, order and delivery tracking, invoice matching, and other purchasing related activities.

The Requirements

• 5+ Years of total supply chain related experience to support R&D and Engineering.
• 3+ years of purchasing / planning experience in NPI materials / tooling, services and other engineering-related inquiries.
• Experience working at a start-up. Electronic manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating deliverables, schedules, pull-in & push-out to multiple inventory locations.
• Experience in managing local and international suppliers.
• Experience with invoice matching, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
• General understanding of all supply chain functions, includes sourcing, planning, logistics, and preferably inventory controls.
• Comfortable with Google and Microsoft programs, NetSuite experience a plus.
• Able to efficiently communicate with internal cross functional teams and suppliers via all available communication channels.
• Result driven and with can-do attitude and sense of urgency.
