Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Show Coordinator at Good Time Creative. The Show Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning events, trade shows, and experiential activations.
The role involves managing all aspects of event logistics, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, and delivering high-quality branded experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Support sales and show services department in executing large scale events, activations, and exhibits.
- Support the transition of creative projects from production to show site including estimating, pre and post show meetings, contractor order coordination, on-site service needs.
- Support Show Services Department Manager in estimating labor, shipping, and show orders on exhibit projects.
- Coordinate show timelines based on event calendar and track progress of projects.
- Administrative duties on QuickBooks including : estimate generation, invoicing, purchase orders, and any other duties that may arise.
- Travel to event site to oversee installation and dismantle, coordinate with the event contractor, and manage client requests as needed.
