Aldridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Washington DC based Transportation team! This role will work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving profitable growth.

They should have the ability to lead complex project pursuits while developing strong relationships with key customers.

Oversee essential project and divisional duties including :

  • Driving our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture
  • Owning the P & L of one or many complex construction projects
  • Leading and developing your team
  • Fostering customer relationships
  • Facilitating project planning
  • Driving a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle
  • Transportation projects include : Highway, Railroad, and Airport

We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications :

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction / Union trade background
  • Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
  • Knowledge of underground and electrical work
  • ITS and systems experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and others
