We are looking for a Position Business title to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.
This role will report to the Manager, Control Center Operations and be based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in-office role.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
- Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
- Maintain detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
- Analyze and identify the cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors and other groups
Skills and Experience :
- Positive can-do attitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Analytical and proficient in MS Office
- 24 / 7 operations in rotating shift schedule
- High School or Community college education
Working hours : 8 hour shifts to support 24 hour operation
First Shift : 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
