Volt is Hiring a Machinist in South Gate, CA

As a Machinist, You Will :

• Load and unload parts in 2–5 axis CNC / automated mill and lathe machines to produce complex aerospace components.
• Perform in-process inspections using shop math and hand measuring tools.
• Conduct deburring operations and basic machine maintenance (coolant / lube levels, cleanliness).
• Operate mills, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Respond to machining process quality cues (e.g., surface finish) to ensure product quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications.

Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Schedule : 2nd shift – 2 : 30 PM to 3 : 00 AM (Must be available for OT / Weekends)

Pay : $17.00-$22.00 Per hour
