Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for members to resolve inquiries related to claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy
Provide exceptional service satisfaction and manage the service recovery process for complex situations
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of health plans and claims
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of related customer service experience
Customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Must reside in a state where the company is registered as an employer
