We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Rivet Drafter to contribute on-site at PEMCCO's client site to an exciting project located in Baltimore, MD.

Essential Functions :
- Create detailed drawings and models using Revit software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) standards and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on drafting progress.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and information retrieval.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :
- Expertise in Revit Structure, with proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD software.
- Intermediate ability using Dynamo for Revit conversions.
- Thorough understanding of the Revit platform, including model sharing and object family creation.
- Ability to implement BIM standards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Basic knowledge of BIM interoperable software, enabling seamless collaboration and data exchange.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to drawing aesthetics, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Education & Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification or training in Revit software is highly desirable.
- Dynamo experience is required.
