Overview : Carolina Comfort Air, Inc is a fast-growing heating and air conditioning company based in Clayton, NC. We are looking for an experienced Production and Recruitment Coordinator, someone who has previously worked with a small team and has supported Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, have excellent organization and time management skills, a strong communicator and an act as an ambassador of CCA.

This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.

This position will be Monday - Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Training hours will vary. This position will start on Jan 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

Time and Production

  • Approve New Construction hours for payroll
  • Record and track labor budgets for New Construction installations
  • Review performance data for New Construction install team
  • Provide daily support to New Construction Managers to help ensure jobs are completed within the designated timeframe

Recruitment

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks such as posting positions to our career portal, sourcing resumes on job boards & Applicant Tracking System (ATS), speaking with & meeting candidates, obtaining referral and scheduling interviews
  • Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity within internal Applicant Tracking System
  • Work with hiring managers on hiring needs and how to improve retention within each location
  • Work with Human Resources Manager on any recruitment strategies and new hire onboarding
  • Attend job fairs as a representative of CCA and collaborate with Community Colleges HVAC programs for new students entering the workforce
  • Run Monday Morning Hiring meetings

Skills and Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the construction industry or relevant experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or relevant experience
  • Must know Microsoft products, including excel, word processing and outlook email
  • Must know ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Keen attention to detail and organization to manage multiple tasks
