The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for supporting attorneys in the real estate department of a law firm or corporate legal department.
This position will assist with all aspects of real estate transactions and closings, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting title searches and due diligence, and coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting with the preparation, review, and execution of real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conducting title searches to ensure clear ownership of the property and identify any potential issues or encumbrances.
- Coordinating with lenders, escrow agents, and other third parties to facilitate the financing and closing process.
Qualifications :
- 6+ years of Paralegal experience in a Law Firm environment.
- 6+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
