Real Estate Paralegal

Position : Real Estate Paralegal

Location : Century City, CA (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Pay : Up to $120,000 annually

Experience : 4+ years of transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales transactions, and leasing.

Education : A college degree and paralegal certificate are preferred.

Type : Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule : Day Shift. 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Job Description :

• Responsible for title and survey review.
• Negotiating title coverage and endorsements.
• Preparing loan documents.
• Performing real property searches.
• Preparing closing and post-closing documents and coordinating closing activities.
• Candidate will additionally prepare deeds and property tax forms, and perform title review.

Position Requirements :

• Familiarity with general corporate structure is required.
• Candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Position supports the Trusts & Estates department.
