Gpac is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Paralegal for a full-time position with a highly-esteemed California Real Estate law firm.
The Real Estate Transactional Paralegal should be able to work independently to conduct title and survey review and perform other due diligence in connection with purchase and sale and leasing transactions.
The successful candidate will be adept at managing numerous documents and deadlines, and able to assist with closings. This position is located in their San Francisco Bay Area offices.
Qualifications :
- Certificate of completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of proven real estate transactional paralegal experience
- Experience assisting with title survey review, due diligence, business and leasing transactions
- Possess superior organization and interpersonal skills, and works well on a team
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
