Responsibilities
Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams and individuals on Agile methodologies.
- Identify and address impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.
- Track and report on Agile metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, promoting a shift towards Agile culture.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and tools.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a related Agile role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and coaching Agile practices in multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and principles.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
- Familiarity with specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc. .
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
- Knowledge of other relevant skills or experiences such as DevOps, SAFe, etc. .
