Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams and individuals on Agile methodologies.
  • Identify and address impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and feedback.
  • Track and report on Agile metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, promoting a shift towards Agile culture.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a related Agile role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and coaching Agile practices in multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and principles.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
  • Familiarity with specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc. .
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Knowledge of other relevant skills or experiences such as DevOps, SAFe, etc. .
