Job Description

QAD has an exciting opportunity for our Senior Contracts Manager role. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle at QAD, a leading enterprise software and services provider.

This involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of contract law, 8-10 years of experience in contract management or similar field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by collaborating effectively and providing timely solutions.

This position is a full-time , W2 , remote role located in the US and does not offer Visa Sponsorship.

What You’ll Do :

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of contract management through the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal.

Administer IT systems to maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.

Provide guidance and support and become a trusted advisor to a range of internal stakeholders including management.

Serve as program manager for defined Legal programs. Collaborate on other Legal and Infosec projects, including acquisitions.

Help build the Legal department to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

8 - 10 years’ experience in contract management or similar field.

The ability to demonstrate strong business acumen.

Experience with enterprise SaaS and services contracts is a plus.

Strong understanding of contract law and principles.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent collaboration skills.

Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence.

Strong attention to detail.

MS Office, Google Suite, other commonly used business applications.

BS or BA degree in related field or functional equivalent.

Compensation packages based on experience and desired skill set

Compensation Package :

Base pay range : $115K - $125K USD Annual (12 Months)

Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity

This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus
